Martha Stewart Living is the name of a magazine and a television show featuring entertaining and home decorating guru Martha Stewart. Both the magazine and the television show revolve around Martha Stewart's cooking, entertaining, decorating, gardening, collecting, and craft ideas. Started as a quartlerly magazine, by 2000 Martha Stewart Living was being published monthly.
Martha Stewart Living television debuted as a weekly half-hour syndicated show in September of 1993. Intended to complement the magazine, it featured Martha Stewart as the host. By the time it went on hiatus in autumn of 2004, it was a full hour being broadcast five days a week and on weekends. Currently on hiatus during Martha Stewart's incarceration, old episodes are being broadcast on cable television. The television show is expected to return in a new format in autumn of 2005.
Both the magazine and the television show have won numerous awards.
