Mason Williams - Definition and Overview

Mason Williams (b. August 24, 1938 in Abilene, Texas) is one of the most prolific classical guitarists of the 20th century.

Williams wrote for the Smothers Brothers show and also was a virtuoso classical guitarist. He is well known for, among others things, his popular guitar instrumental "Classical Gas" and is also an eclectic poet and lyricist.
