Methodology Management System (MMS) is an emerging technology that facilitates the modeling, deployment and continuous improvement of human-centric knowledge intensive business processes, like methodologies, best practices, recommendations, techniques, etc...
It is not focused on automating tasks, but on transmiting information to people who perform the work and making it easy for them to access any kind of resources they need during the process execution.
Using a MMS it is possible to have different methodologies belonging to different business disciplines (for example RUP for Software Development and the PMBOK for Project Management) in the same format being it possible to understand the way in which they are related to each other.
