Miami Gardens is a city located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, incorporated in 2003. Census data from 2000 of the former census-designated places as compiled by the Miami-Dade Department of Planning and Zoning place the city's population at 100,809.
Miami Gardens comprises all or parts of the CDPs of Andover, Bunche Park, Carol City, Lake Lucerne, Norland, and Opa-Locka North.
