Michael Rogers (born 1979) is an Australian cyclist. He turned professional in 1999.

He is a good Time Trialler and has won the World Cycling Championship ITT two times, in 2003 and 2004. He won the 2003 title after the original winner David Millar was tested positive on doping. Therefore he received two gold medals when he became champion in 2003.

Other sucesses of Rogers include:

• 1998 Commonwealth Games Gold Medal 20km Scratch
• 2002 Commonwealth Games Silver Medal road time trial
• the Tour Down Under in 2002,
• the Deutschland Rundfahrt and Route du Sud in 2003.
• 4th in the 2004 Summer Olympics road time trial.
