Miles Bletchley is a member of the Slytherin quidditch team. He plays the keeper position. He hit Alicia Spinnet with a jinx from behind in the library just before Gryffindor-Slytherin match in Order Of The Phoenix.
How old is Bletchley?
Since Bletchley was at least a second year when Harry started at Hogwarts (he is mentioned in The Philosopher's Stone as a member of the quidditch team), and is still at Hogwarts in Order Of The Phoenix, it is safe to assume he is at least two years older than Harry.
