Miles Teg is a fictional character in the Dune universe created by Frank Herbert.
In Heretics of Dune Miles Teg is intoduced as the former Supreme Bashar of the Bene Gesserit Sisterhood. He is charged with the weapons training of Ghola Duncan Idaho by Taraza the Mother Superior of the Bene Gesserit. His mother Janet Roxbrough, a Bene Gesserit, taught him some of the ways of the Sisterhood before he was sent to Lampadas to train as a Mentat.
He was later put under the Psychic Probe while using a probe-resisting substance; this resulted in his nervous system becoming incredibly sped up. He was able to move faster than could be seen, at the cost of incredibly energy expenditure (he had to eat days worth of food to regain the lost energy).
