Miss Rhode Island Teen is a beauty pageant whose winners move on to the Miss USA pageant. Daytime television actress Gina Tognoni, currently on the CBS serial Guiding Light won the pageant in 1992.

Kristina Primavera is the 2003-04 reigning queen.
