The Monongahela Railway (AAR reporting mark MGA) was a coal-hauling short line railroad in Pennsylvania and West Virginia in the United States. It was jointly controlled by the Pennsylvania Railroad and New York Central subsidiary the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie, and subsequently by their joint successor the Penn Central. It was absorbed into Conrail in May, 1993.
