Mosholu Parkway has two mosaics on each platform, and an abandoned southern exit to street marked "closed for repairs." The walls are low concrete with an upper windscreem. An old style sign to Montefiore Hospital still exists. The mezanine is brick. The centre express track, which is not in revenue service, starts just north of this station.
