Mount Ritter is a mountain in the Sierra Nevada of California, USA. It is made of striking dark rock, and is quite prominent, because it is the highest peak within 30 miles (48 km), and also the high point of Mono County. It is in the middle of the Ritter Range, which include Banner Peak and the Minarets.
