The Movement of Rights and Freedoms (Dvizhenie za Prava i Svobodi, DPS) is a centrist political party in Bulgaria, based on the Turkish minority. The DPS is member of the Liberal International and considers itself a liberal party. It has been chaired by Ahmed Dogan ever since its establishment in 1990.
