Ms. Dynamite (Niomi McLean-Daley) is a Britishhip hop musician. She has been widely acclaimed and won the Brit Award for British female solo artist in 2003. In 2002 she became the first black female winner of the Mercury Music Prize. She is a former member of So Solid Crew. Her music may be compared to Lauryn Hill's in its mixing of rapping and singing.
