 Municipality of Kingborough, Tasmania The Municipality of Kingborough is a local government area just to the south of Hobart, Tasmania, population 28,582 (2001).
It includes the major Hobart satellite town of Kingston; several surrounding towns, including Kettering, Margate, and Snug; as well as Bruny Island.
