Naseby - Definition and Overview

Naseby is a village in Northamptonshire, England, with a population of around 500. The nearest town to Naseby is Market Harborough, roughly 7 miles (11 km) to the northeast.

A famous battle of the English Civil War, the Battle of Naseby, took place a few miles from the village in 1645. The site of this battle, Naseby Field, lies about 1.5 miles north of the village.

The village boasts a small Battle of Naseby museum.
