The National Democratic and Labour Party, usually known as the NDP, was a political party in the United Kingdom.

It was founded in 1918 by George Barnes, Member of Parliament for Glasgow Blackfriars, when he resigned from the Labour Party. The party won nine seats in the 1918 UK general election, including Barnes in the Glasgow Gorbals seat. Barnes took a seat in the coalition government's cabinet until 1920, and the grouping lasted until he retired from Parliament in 1922.
