The National Institute of Engineering is one of the premier institutes of Mysore. NIE, as it is popularly known, offers Engineering courses in a wide range of engineering fields. Founded in 1946 it offered diploma in civil engineering.
Location
Located on Manavadi Road next to the silk factory. The campus consists of two sections including the more recent Golden Jubilee Building.
