The Newark Bay Bridge (formally the Casciano Memorial Bridge) is a steel-truss bridge spanning the northern end of Newark Bay between Newark and Jersey City in New Jersey.

The bridge carries the vehicle traffic of a spur of the New Jersey Turnpike, providing access from the main line of the turnpike to Manhattan via the Holland Tunnel (as well as to downtown Jersey City and Bayonne). The bridge and turnpike spur are part of Interstate 78.
