Next Friday, the sequel to the low-budget movie which brutally depicts the neighborhood of South Central, Los Angeles, in a comedic sense, the hero Craig Jones (Ice Cube) moves in with his lottery winning and sex-crazed uncle (Don D.C. Curry) in the suburbs. But so much trouble end up in the suburbs, he wished he was back in the tame streets of L.A. Craig's cousin, Day-Day (Mike Epps) has a serious problem with his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Craig and Day-Day have beef with The Joker Family, the neighborhood bully from the first Friday, Debo (Tiny Lister) wants to extract revenge on Craig, and Uncle Elroy's house might be auctioned and sold. This fast-paced 2000 sequel to Friday lacks the spirit from the predecessor but is a great film to watch.
