Nick Joe Rahall II (born May 20, 1949), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since he was first elected to Congress in 1976. Born in Beckley, West Virginia, he currently serves on the Committee on Resources and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. He is a member of the Freemasons, the National Rifle Association, and the NAACP.
