Niedorp (population: 11,617 in 2004) is a municipality in the north-western Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. The municipality covers an area of 62.99 km² (of which 1.41 km² water).
The municipality of Niedorp consists the following towns, villages and townships: Barsingerhorn, Haringhuizen, Kolhorn, Lutjewinkel, Nieuwe-Niedorp, Oude-Niedorp, 't Veld, Winkel, Zijdewind.
Niedorp received city rights in 1415.
Barsingerhorn
Barsingerhorn is a small town, located about 3km east of Schagen. It received city rights in 1415.
