Nigel Martin Evans (born 10 November 1957) is Conservative member of Parliament for Ribbly Valley in northern England. He entered Parliament in 1992, and is a Eurosceptic. He was Shadow Secretary of State for Wales from 2001 to 2003, but was sacked by Michael Howard.
