Night Stand with Dick Dietrick was a spoof on daytime talk shows (Jerry Springer, Ricki Lake, Jenny Jones, etc.). It premiered on September 16, 1995 in syndication. The show ran in over 87% of the US markets in syndication. In addition to syndication, Night Stand was broadcast on The Entertainment Channel (E!) Monday-Thursday at 10:30 PM (between Talk Soup and Howard Stern).
