The Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University (NSCAD) is a post-secondary art school located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

NSCAD was founded in 1887 as the Victoria School of Art and Design by Anna Leonowens of "Anna and the King of Siam" fame, later gaining its current name in 1925.

Among the notable artists to be associated with the school include Arthur Lismer, who was a member of the Group of Seven and spent several years as the school president.

The school has gone through several relocations since its inception but it currently resides in several Victorian era buildings in downtown Halifax.
