Nucleus CMS is an open-source content management system written in PHP, with a MySQL backend. It is commonly used for weblogs. The current version is 3.0, primarily written and maintained by Wouter Demuynck.
Another distribution of Nucleus, referred to as Blog:CMS, adds several skins and plugins into the base install.
