Numero sign - Definition and Overview

The Numero sign (U+2116) is used in Russian writing to indicate sequential numbering. Essentially it is the Latin letter "N" plus superscript "o".

On Russian computer keyboards it is often located on the "3" key, usually together with the number sign (#).
