Oded Golan is an antiquities dealer who was born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1951. In 2002, he claimed to have found the James Ossuary. He has been accused by the Israeli government as being a forger, and Israel police have indicated their intention to indict him on charges of forgery in December 2004.
