Oeagrus Oeagrus

Oeagrus - Definition

In Greek mythology, Oeagrus was king of Thrace. He and the muse Calliope were possibly the parents of Orpheus and Linus.

He is sometimes called the son of Ares, but other times Charops is mentioned as his father, which explains his inheritance of the throne.

Alternative: Oeager
