Oinousses is a barren island some 5km from the Greek island of Khios. Noteworthy perhaps because of the abundance of wealthy shipbrokers, and because of an alleged miracle, that led to the building of a monastery, it is hard to find any reason to like the island, much less stay here overnight. There are some small beaches, but they are 'average' as far as tourism is concerned.
