OpenDarwin is a freely available, multi-platform BSD- and Mach 3.0-based UNIX-like operating system. It is available for the PowerPC architecture and for the IA32 architecture. The mascot of OpenDarwin is Hexley the platypus.

The current version of OpenDarwin is 7.2.1.
