Oppo Rancisis was a Thisspian who abdicated his throne on his homeworld to serve the Jedi. He was a member of the Jedi Council during the events of The Phantom Menace and Attack Of The Clones. Oppo Rancisis died at some point between AOTC and Revenge of The Sith.
