Osella is an Italian motor car company formed in 1965 that sold motor cars and smaller formulae cars and joined Formula 1 in 1980. Under a tight budget, it put out a team in the Grand Prix until poor sponsorship forced the withdrawal of the team at the end of the 1990 season.
