PUMB, Palm User Message Board, was found by HK-based 0Palm enthusiasts. Its membership reaches 4000 at the end of 2004 and outplaced the popularity of HKPUG, HK Palm User Group which is originally supposed to be the official organization to facilitate the Palm users' activities in Hong Kong.
Thanks to its laizze-faire moderator's policy, the Message board covers apparently any topics, including stocks, food, fashion, travel, software, TV game, books and even Microsofit's Pocket PC.
