Party Monster is a 2003 American drama/comedy film directed and written by Fenton Bailey and book by James St. James.

Plot summary

Party Monster is the true story of Michael Alig, a club kid party promoter, who quickly rose to fame in the New York club scene of the late 1980s, only to fall from grace when he murdered his drug dealer Angel. He launched several clubs and helped with the career of his one-time boyfriend, DJ Keoki. Actor Seth Green received much praise for his role as Michael's friend and fellow club kid James Saint James.
