Pat Choate - Definition and Overview

Patrick Jeffrey "Pat" Choate was the 1996 Reform Party of the United States of America Vice President candidate. He has a B.A. from University of Texas at Arlington and a Ph.D. from University of Oklahoma, both in Economics. He currently teaches a course called Advanced Issues Management at George Washington University's Graduate School of Public Management (http://www2.gwu.edu/~gspm/). He is known for his strong stance against free trade agreements.

Choate was selected by the party's presidential nominee Ross Perot.

He is married to Kay Choate, and has two grown step-sons.

He hosts a weekly radio show called The Week Ahead

He has authored six books, including:
