Paul William Barry Marsden (born 18 March 1968) is a British politician. He is Liberal Democrat member of Parliament for Shrewsbury and Atcham, a constituency in Shropshire.
He was first elected to the seat in 1997, under the banner of the Labour Party. He defected to the Lib Dems in December 2001, after confrontations with Labour whips over his opposition to military action in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Marsden announced in July 2004 that he would not contest the next general election, and Richard Burt was elected as the PPC on 6 November 2004.
