Peter Merholz (born '1972') is a weblogger.
According to some, Merholz coined the shorter version of Weblog, "blog," in April or May of 1999 by breaking the word weblog into the phrase "wee' blog" in the sidebar of his weblog.
He is currently a partner in the user experience firm Adaptive Path.
