Peter George Sissons (born July 1942) is a nationally known television news presenter in the United Kingdom. Originally from Liverpool, he went to school with John Lennon and Jimmy Tarbuck.
He has worked for ITN and BBC news and can currently be seen at the weekends on BBC News 24.
