Phil Giroux, the guy in the window on the Tom Green show.
Born Phillipe Giroux on November 19, 1970 - He is a Scorpio. Phil's first language is French and he has one brother. He currently lives in Ottawa, Canada.
He met Tom skateboarding and was with Tom for his first performance at Yuk Yuks. Phil became famous for his out-of-control laugh.
Phil is a graduate of Algonquin College in computer programming. He went on to work for Nortel, AOL, MTV and NBC. Lived in Los Angeles for 10 months, but moved back to Ottawa because LA was not his thing. Currently is the VP of business development for a wireless game software company.
