Phil LaMarr (born January 24 1967) is a voice actor born in Los Angeles, California, USA.
He has had guest appearances in an impressive number of television shows and movies. Notably, he's done voices for animated series like Justice League, Futurama, Samurai Jack, and Static Shock, and has been a part of the Mad TV crew. He has also voiced for the video games Jak 2 and Jak 3 of the Jak and Daxter series.
