Philip Anglim (born February 11, 1953) is an American actor born in San Francisco, California, best known for his performance as Joseph Merrick in the stage and television versions of The Elephant Man. He also had a recurrent guest role as Vedek Bareil on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
