The word point can refer to:
- a location in physical space
- a unit of angular measurement; see navigation
- point is a typographic unit of measure in typography equal <math>1/72.27<math> inch or sometimes approximated as <math>1/72<math> inch; on computer displays it should be equal to point in typography if the correct display resolution is set, and is often the height of one or two pixels if the resolution is set to 72 or 144 dpi respectively
- scoring

- Geography A bluff or natural overlook.
- the meaning or purpose of something, especially statements made during a discussion, argument, or dispute. Also counterpoint.
- Mathematical terms include
