Primorje-Gorski Kotar county - Primorsko-goranska županija is a Croatian county that includes the Bay of Kvarner and the surrounding Northern Croatian seacoast, and the mountainous region of Gorski Kotar. Its center is Rijeka. It includes the islands of Krk, Cres, Lošinj and Rab.
