Professor Potter was a DC Comics character, appearing in the Superboy strip in Adventure Comics during the 1950's-60's. The uncle of Superboy's sweetheart, Lana Lang, Potter created the duplicating ray that created the first Bizarro, a copy of Superboy.
A post-Crisis version of the character appeared in the Superboy title, at S.T.A.R. Labs Hawaii.
