RAF Coltishall is a Royal Air Force station near Norwich in eastern England. It houses all four of the RAF's squadrons of Jaguar aircraft.
The Ministry of Defence, in the Delivering Security in a Changing World review, announched that the base will close by December 2006. The future of the base was in doubt since the Ministry of Defence announced that the Typhoon, the Jaguar's replacement, was not to be based there.
