Raymond Boulevard carries traffic from the interchange with the Pulaski Skyway and Newark Viaduct (US 1/US 9) and TRUCK US 1/TRUCK US 9 in eastern Newark west to downtown Newark. Most of the road is one-way westbound; eastbound traffic uses Market Street and Ferry Street.
