Raymond Cho is currently (as of September 2004) a City Councillor in Toronto, representing Ward 42, Scarborough Rouge-River. He has been a Councillor since amalgamation in 1998, and before that sat on Metro council.
He ran in the 2004 Federal Election as an independent, losing to Liberal candidate Derek Lee. He also was a candidate for the NDP in the 1988 Canadian election.
