Reason To Believe was a fanzine based in Leeds, UK, which acted - for its brief life - as a 'focus for the DIY European Punk scene'.
The zine was run as a collective, which worked to a limited degree, and was distributed by a concept known as punk post, which worked slightly better!
Reason To Believe haven't really called it quits, but issue 10 looks likely to be their last, with 'issue 11 never likely to ever get printed' according to their official website (http://www.rtbzine.ndo.co.uk).
