Revolting People is a BBC Radio 4 sitcom set in a period just before the American Revolutionary War in Baltimore. Written by Andy Hamilton and Jay Tarses. Tarses plays a shopkeeper called Samuel Oliphant, while Hamilton plays a one legged British soldier called Sergeant McGurk. The first series originally ran in 2000, with series two in 2001, the third series followed in 2004.
