Richard Baneham is an animator most famous for his work as animation supervisor on The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King where he oversaw the animation of the character of Gollum. He has previously worked as animator on several films including The Iron Giant and as animation supervisor on Cats and Dogs. He is currently working with Rythm and Hues on The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
